The planning thought came as an attempt to find a homogeneous urban fabric that integrates with the site and the surrounding areas with the aim of upgrading the area in urban and environmentally by exploiting the potentials of the site and the environment and focusing on the most important features of the Arab city and Cairo Al-Muizz in particular to preserve the character of urbanism in the region
