The project has been designed in collaboration with Legorreta+Legorreta firm the Signature Villas and Appartments are located in a prime location around the Golf course of Mudon cities The Appartments buildings are organised in Clusters creating urban Plazas and Community spaces The Spatial Arrangement of the appartments seems to rest on a system of roof-scape providing each apartement with a direct acces to a garden ,terrace, or a courtyard
